Calling all grade-schoolers! Come hang out with us after school on Wednesdays from 3-6 pm. We play games, have a snack, do activities, listen to a Bible lesson, and eat dinner together. Friends are always welcome!

Each month all the women of Central church gather to fellowship, learn, and grow together in community. Join us in the Friendship Room after the second service. Lunch and rinks are provided. Childcare is also available.

The Brotherhood of Central Church is a group of men who meet monthly for food, fellowship, and mission. Meetings are on the first Tuesday of the month from 5:30 - 7:00pm in the Friendship Room.

LAST DAY for Prayer Luncheon Tickets
Tickets are on sale through April 25 for a very, delicious PRAYER Luncheon, at Central Church on Saturday, May 3, at 11:30am. This is a FUNDRAISING EVENT for the 11th annual Summer Lunch Program run by Second Christian Church who provides free sack lunches during the Summer months to help relieve food insecurity of local children. Tickets for the luncheon cost $12 (ages 12 and older), $10 (ages 6-11), and free for ages 5 and under. If you can't attend, please consider making a donation to Second Christian Church. Please contact the church office for details.

Congregational Meeting
Members please join us for a congregational meeting to approve spending for updating the HVAC system. The meeting will follow the 10:15 service (there will be only one service due to the meeting).
Celebrating Women Banquet
The Celebrating Women Banquet will be Tuesday, May 6. The men will be preparing the meal for all women of the church. Please call or email the church office by May 4 to make your reservation. The cost is $10 per person. Mark your calendar now and plan to join us for an evening of food, fellowship and a little entertainment.

Easter Sunday Worship
Join us in celebrating the resurrection! Services are at 9am & 10:15am.
Easter Breakfast
All are welcome to join us for a free Easter breakfast. The bell choir will be providing breakfast casseroles, coffee cakes, and pastries.
Easter Egg Hunt
Bring friends to join the fun, family to cheer you on, and something to hold your eggs. This activity is for all ages up through 5th grade. Be sure to come back on Easter Sunday morning for breakfast and our Easter service.

Join us for a Good Friday service to remember Christ’s death as we look forward to his resurrection. No childcare will be provided.

Join us as we begin the season of lent. Central church is hosting a combined service with Soma and Living Hope Church.
Women's Worship Night
All women are invited to attend the Inspire women's quarterly event for an evening of worship, fellowship, and encouragement. Our own, Natalie Abbott will be sharing the message. Join us starting at 6:30 pm (service starts at 7 pm) on Monday, February 3rd at Union Hill Baptist Church in Holts Summit. Light refreshments will be provided. Cost is free and friends are welcome!
ONE SERVICE & Congregational Meeting & Lunch
Please join us at 10:15 for service. Our annual meeting will follow the service. Then a lunch will be provided after the meeting. Non-members are welcome to come to the meeting and observe, or come early to the lunch for fellowship.
Ladies' Bible Study - Start of Romans
On Thursday, January 16, the Thursday morning ladies’ Bible study will begin a study of the book of Romans. We’ll meet at 9:30am in the friendship room, and welcome any ladies who want to join us as we fellowship and discuss God’s word. If you have questions, contact Julie Abbott.

Ladies Bible Study Kickoff
All women are welcome to join us for a study of the book of Romans. We meet in the friendship room (through the gym doors). Call the church office if you have questions.
YOUTH GROUP Kickoff
Bring you friends and join us for pizza, games, and fun. All youth are welcome (from 6th-12th grade).
Candlelight Christmas Eve Service
Join us as we worship the birth of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. We will sing Christmas carols, hear a short message about th and close our service singing Silent Night together with lit candles all around. Nursery is provided for children 5 and under.
Adult Sunday School Resuming
The Adult Sunday School Class will start again on December 8, at 6:00pm, in the Friendship Room. We’ll study from the Lifeway MasterWork Sunday School Lesson Book, and also continue our journey through the Old Testament as we head into Exodus. All adults, young, old and in-between, are invited for “snacks, fellowship, engaging conversation, prayer support and Bible study.” Please join us as we strive to better know and understand, “I am the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob (Exodus 3:6). He is not the God of the dead, but of the living (Matthew 22:32).” This is the God we know and serve. For more info, contact group leaders Rick and Rhonda Johnson.
Reception to Welcome New Members
After the congregational meeting, please join us in the gym to welcome our new members! We are asking you to bring some festive finger foods to share. Punch and cake will be provided.

The Craft Show Market will feature over 20 booths of locally handcrafted items; the bake sale will highlight special Christmas cookies and German favorites, and select-your-own-variety cookie trays; and the Breakfast Bonanza will feature our made-from-scratch biscuits.

Hanging of the Greens
Following the 10:15am service, we will decorate the sanctuary, balcony, and narthex. Join us for worship, fellowship, and decorating for this year’s Advent Season.
